Open House NY

This year's open house NY, a weekend where the public is invited into areas which are normally closed to the public will be next weekend, Oct 8 & 9th. There will be an open photography competition as well so pick your favorite sites, check out of the website for deatils, and dust off that wide angle lens.

The list of participating sites is absurdly long and includes all five burroughs so be sure to take a look at the site and decide where you'd like to go.

The Robert Miller Gallery is pleased to present Other Faces Other Rooms, an exhibition of rarely seen photographs by Diane Arbus. The images in this exhibition are taken from all periods of Arbus' artistic career, including 1950's 35mm portraits made on the streets of New York, movie house interiors from the late 1950's, and seldom seen images in the familiar square format of Arbus' mature style.
